The Director of the Office of International Affairs Mr. Glen Chatelier, Dr. John Barnes, Senior Lecturer at the Graduate School of Business, Dr. Ioan Voicu Visiting Professor to Assumption University and Mr. Thanathip Singhakul, Staff at the Office of International Affairs greeted Ms. Anna Rogers, Cultural Specialist at the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok on their visit to a unique exhibition. The “Good and Great Friends” exhibition which ran from March 20- June 30, 2018 was curated by two experts from the Smithsonian Institution, Washington DC and showcased some outstanding and rare gifts given from the time of Kings Rama II to Rama IX . The exhibition of the rare artifacts at The Queen Sirikit Textile Museum at the Grand Palace included an exhibition titled “Fir for a Queen” and included dresses worn by Her Majesty Queen Sirikit between the years 1960 and 1973 the choicest of them being accoutered by Pierre Baldmain
